How To Choose Superfrp™ FRP Grating

NanTong Super Composite Material Co. Ltd. produces various kinds of resin and standard panel. However, different types of resin and panel style has different ability of corrosion resistance and load capacity. Superfrp™ provides various types of Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) grating products with different resin, thickness and surface according to environment, load capacity and appliaction. We provide technical support in designing and selecting FRP grating products to ensure you reach the best economical effect.

 

1. Type of resin

NanTong Super Composite Material Co., Ltd. provides three kinds of resin. they are Type “O”(Orthophalic polyester resin), Type “I”(Isophthalic polyester resin) and Type “V”(Vinyl ester resin). The price is directly related to the ability of corrosion resistance. So the chemical resistance guide and application environment should be checked before selecing the best resin type.

Type “O” Moderate corrosion resistance and fire retardant, the operation temperature can be -50°C~60°C.

Type “I” Industrial grade corrosion resistance and fire retardant, the operation temperature can be -50°C~90°C.

Type “V” Superior Corrosion resistance and fire retardant, the operation temperature can be -50°C~110°

According to using places, SpuerfrpTM FRP grating can be classified as normal grating and covered grating.
Normal Grating:
(1). Concave surface: Concave grating provides slip resistance.
(2). Gritted surface: Gritted grating provides superior slip resistance.
(3). Flat surface: Flat grating don'tt provide slip-resistance, it is usually used in decoration or other case that the flat surface need be used.
Covered Grating: Being used in the places where don't need hole, leak resistance or need special hole.
(1).Smooth Cover: Covered grating with flat panel No slip resistance, easy clear
(2).Grit Cover: Covered grating with gritted plate Perfect slip resistance
(3). Decorative Pattern Cover: Covered grating with decorative plate Slip resistance & beautiful.
*Covered grating can be made special hole to be as filter panel

NanTong Super Composite Material Co. Ltd. provides different standard color. They are Standard green, Standard yellow, Standard grey, Standard red, Standard blue and Standard black. It is suggested that different color of Spuerfrp grating is used in different environment and case, where it is more people friendly. However NanTong Super Composite Material Co.
